Holy Elf - Ilex

Ilex is a prickly, mischievous fairy. He will usually be present at Christmas time and attends every party where real holly is displayed but the red berries are essential. His magical powers increase humour and laughter in mortals and fairies alike. When you are having fun at Christmas just look at a holly sprig. You may see Ilex spreading his magical power around the house. Note: only real holly with red berries is attractive to him.
